Molly (they/them) brings a warm and comfortable presence to the counseling space, and works with their clients to foster growth and movement during those moments of life that feel stuck and stagnant. They strive to create an affirming and safe space while navigating a range of concerns, including interpersonal relationships, self-discovery, stress and anxiety management, suicidal thoughts and behaviors, and processing traumatic experiences.

Melody Reichert, MA, LPCC
Melody (she/her) desires to create a safe place for her clients to express themselves and navigate through obstacles and challenges they face. Helping to reframe negative messages clients may have received throughout their lifetime and identifying learned behaviors to protect themselves. Reflecting on these childhood experiences allows us to develop better-coping behaviors moving forward to help us heal and create more meaningful relationships with others.

Justin Wilson, MSW, SWC
Justin (he/him) believes his role as a therapist is to fully accept his clients for whoever they are. All therapeutic work is dependent upon this foundation. No two people are the same, and neither is their suffering. In order to understand a client’s unique difficulties, Justin finds it necessary to drop all assumptions about them and their lives from the start of therapy. Justin wants to accurately understand his client’s worldview, and if he is doing his job correctly, his clients should feel like they are being genuinely heard.

Ebony Trotter, MS, LPCC
You are the biggest and most important part of your mental health journey because it requires you to be open to the therapeutic process. It is not always easy to get help, but it is strong to realize sometimes in life, we need each other. It is helpful to have a safe space to process our feelings, thoughts, and emotions. It is also helpful to be able to look at things from more than one perspective or through different lenses.

Ashley Root, MA, LPC
Ashley (she/they) has extensive experience processing trauma, family dynamics, grief, divorce, gender identity, gender expression, sexuality, domestic abuse, spiritual abuse and mental illness. The work that she does in the therapeutic space is well suited for individuals looking for an affirming, non-judgmental space to process their lived experiences and make changes towards a more aligned, embodied and self-compassionate sense of self.

Emily Starkey, MA, LPC
Emily strives to invite individuals, couples, or families to come as they are, to feel safe, to bring the trauma, life stressors, anxiety and also life joys to a safe place. Emily understands that partaking in any therapy process can be challenging to start, and she commends you for taking the first steps to taking control over your life and mental health. Emily understands how important it is to provide a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment for self discovery, healing, and growth. Emily specializes in counseling children, adolescents, and adults. Emily has obtained a degree in Professional Counseling, and provides a person-centered holistic approach to her therapy session.

Sarah Massey, MFT Candidate
Sarah is a dedicated MFT Candidate and mother of two, specializing in working with families, couples, and adolescents. Growing up in the beautiful state of Colorado, Sarah developed a deep love for the great outdoors and a passion for athletics. She is an avid traveler, scuba diver, and volleyball player, bringing the same energy and enthusiasm to her therapeutic work. Sarah's approach to therapy is unique—she believes in connecting with others by engaging in activities together, particularly outside, where the natural environment can be healing.

Anne Farrell, MA, LPC
An elusive, but common desire is to find wholeness - within ourselves and also with our relationship to others. Anne’s work with clients often includes identifying unmet needs, learning to name the hurts of the past and finding meaning and purpose in the present. Hope, healing and even flourishing are found when one can engage in being known in a safe environment and trusting relationship. She considers it a high calling and privilege to walk alongside people at any point in their journey to wholeness. She is committed to providing a healing, calm environment for growth and change and welcome clients from all backgrounds, belief systems, and cultures.

Will Walls, MA, LPC, LAC, NCC EMDR
Will works with adolescents and adults, helping them develop personally and to overcome obstacles in their lives. He has spent the past ten years helping families as a counselor, a director of a local Young Life Area, a teacher, and a volunteer. Will has worked with people for his whole professional life. His life experience coupled with his clinical training make him an ideal fit for individuals, couples, and families.

My therapeutic orientation is a blended approach that weaves together the principles and techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Systems Theory. This dynamic fusion seeks to understand individuals not only through the lens of their thoughts and behaviors but also within their various social and relational systems.

Katy Goggins, PMHNP-BC, APRN
Katy Goggins (she/her) believes strongly in creating a safe space for people to heal, improve their wellbeing, and feel empowered. Katy will be present with you and provide the space to process emotions. She believes that people vary greatly and values flexibility and collaboration with her patients in the therapeutic relationship. She wants her patients to know they are valued and understand that they are so much more than their diagnosis. Katy emphasizes the use of the individuals’ creative resources including, art, music, and humor. Katy’s experience as a forensic nurse provides firsthand experience in working with victims of violence and sexual assault. She has also worked in the community with patients experiencing psychosis and worked to improve their independence and quality of life.

Brittney (she/her) is working towards her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). She is very excited to begin her journey as a counselor and an intern. Brittney has worked in with adults and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder primarily through Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy along with various other roles.

Jose (he/him) is a counseling student pursuing his masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). Jose is eager to work with diverse populations to gain valuable experience and make the most of his learning opportunities as he work towards obtaining his license. He believes in the collaborative nature of the therapeutic relationship, where clients actively participate in their growth and healing processes. While his current foundation lies in person-centered therapy, he is enthusiastic about expanding his knowledge and integrating other evidence-based practices to meet each clients unique needs better. The person-centered approach utilizes a perspective that emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness. In his therapeutic practice, Jose prioritizes creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood.

She is also a Certified Addiction Technician and has worked within a residential treatment setting.
