Message From Rachel:

It takes courage to show up and be vulnerable in therapy. I am honored to create a comfortable space for you to explore your life. I believe that counseling can expand the way we see ourselves and will offer a new perspective. My hope is that our work together will cultivate clarity and healing for you.

As a counselor, I practice with a humanistic, existential, and therapeutic arts approach. I will work with you to identify your inner resources and strengths so you can feel empowered to live your authentic life.
