Molly Ohle, MA, LPCC

Molly (they/them) brings a warm and comfortable presence to the counseling space, and works with their clients to foster growth and movement during those moments of life that feel stuck and stagnant. They strive to create an affirming and safe space while navigating a range of concerns, including interpersonal relationships, self-discovery, stress and anxiety management, suicidal thoughts and behaviors, and processing traumatic experiences.

Molly’s Experience:

Molly brings experience and passion in working with adolescents and adults in the LGBTQ+ community and with survivors of interpersonal violence and sexual assault. They believe in building a strong and genuine connection with their clients and understanding that each person comes into the therapy space with their own stories and ways of making meaning in the world.

Molly uses an integrative approach to counseling, drawing principles from somatic psychotherapy, internal family systems, and solution-focused therapy to help explore and address internal sources of distress, while also having a broader understanding of the relational, systemic, and cultural factors that impact people on a day-to-day basis. Therapy with Molly may include emotional and cognitive processing, skills building, psychoeducation, and work around mindfulness and connection to our inner self and the world around us.
