Introduction
Melody (she/her) desires to create a safe place for her clients to express themselves and navigate through obstacles and challenges they face. Helping to reframe negative messages clients may have received throughout their lifetime and identifying learned behaviors to protect themselves. Reflecting on these childhood experiences allows us to develop better-coping behaviors moving forward to help us heal and create more meaningful relationships with others.
Experience
Melody has had the opportunity to work with adolescents and adults through Experiential Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She provides consistency in caring for individuals and coming alongside family to foster understanding and compassion. Melody makes it her mission to give space for her clients to learn about themselves, building self-awareness of their tendencies and patterns that may impact them. Ultimately, Melody aims to provide a sounding board to clients experiencing anxiety and distress, giving them a chance to be heard and understood.
