Ashley’s Message to Individuals
“I aim to create a space of warmth, respect and curiosity where, together, we can explore the nuance and depth of your story. While everyone's individual experiences differ, I believe fundamentally in the process of feeling, experiencing, and examining our struggles to promote growth. I practice with a holistic and integrated approach—increasing awareness, new ways of being more empathetic, different ways of relating to ourselves and others, and creating meaning and connection. I believe that connecting with mind, body, and other parts of Self can help shape and change our experience in profound ways.”
