A Message from Mary:

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to be here. You deserve a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey. My hope is to help you discover the tools and insights you need to feel more empowered, fulfilled, and connected to yourself and others.
