Practice Manager - Walls Counseling

In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of our practice, overseeing our operations, billing, and administrative functions while supporting our clinical team. You'll help create the environment that allows our therapists to focus on what they do best - helping our clients thrive.

Here's What You'll Do Each Day

Leading Our Operations

  • Guide our daily office operations with care and attention to detail

  • Keep everything running smoothly, from supply management to building maintenance

  • Monitor our practice metrics and expense reporting to help us grow sustainably

  • Lead weekly team meetings that keep everyone connected and informed

Managing Billing & Insurance

  • Ensure accurate, timely submission of insurance claims

  • Work with our external billing partners to resolve issues efficiently

  • Stay on top of insurance updates, credentialing, and eligibility verifications

  • Help maintain our practice's financial health

Supporting Our Amazing Team

  • Welcome new team members and guide them through our onboarding process

  • Provide training on our systems, policies, and procedures

  • Ensure everyone has what they need to serve our clients well

  • Create a positive, collaborative work environment

Helping with Clinical Care

  • Provide case management support to ensure seamless client care

  • Work closely with our clinical directors to align our services with our goals

Building Strong Connections

  • Foster open communication between administrative and clinical teams

  • Collaborate with clinical  directors to maintain our high standards of care

  • Address any challenges promptly and effectively

  • Keep our practice running at its best

The Tools We Use (Don't Worry - We'll Train You!)

  • Practice management software (Theranest)

  • Insurance and billing platforms

  • Google GSuite 

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in mental health practice management

  • Strong background in insurance billing and compliance

  • Excellence in team leadership and communication

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with care and attention

  • Professional approach paired with genuine compassion

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency with practice management software and online platforms

  • Certifications/ licensure as appropriate for the specific role

The Details

  • Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience

  • Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM

  • Location: In person at our Colorado Springs office (80903)

    • Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting
